Holding Space was designed to help women establish a self care ritual in the form of meditation.
The course offers 10 downloadable meditation practices. Each meditation provides you with a tool like breath awareness, body awareness and movements, visualizations and mantras.
Each meditation is designed to soothe, calm, release stress and anxiety, and deepen the connection to yourself. The meditations are between 6-9 minutes. You'll also receive a downloadable PDF with 10 simple prompts that you can easily weave in to the fabric of your life.
